How to save invoices received via WhatsApp or Gmail
2026-04-08 · 3 min read
More and more suppliers send invoices via WhatsApp, email, or shared Drive folders. The problem: they get lost among hundreds of messages.
The problem
Your hosting provider sends the invoice by email. The electrician sends it via WhatsApp. The supplies vendor uploads it to Drive. Each one in a different place, with no system.
When the quarter ends, you search through WhatsApp conversations, email folders, and Drive links. Something is always missing.
The solution
SinTrámite accepts invoices from any app on your phone. The flow:
- You receive the invoice in WhatsApp, Gmail, Drive, or wherever
- Tap Share → SinTrámite
- The invoice enters the app, data is read automatically
- It is organized with the rest of your expenses
No need to download the file, save it to a folder, or open it in another app. Share → SinTrámite and done.
PDF or image, either works
The app accepts photos (JPEG, PNG) and documents (PDF). If your supplier sends a PDF attachment in email, share the PDF. If they send a receipt photo on WhatsApp, share the photo. The result is the same: data extracted and expense organized.
Everything in one place
At the end of the quarter, all your expenses are together: the ones you photographed with the camera, the ones you uploaded as PDF, and the ones you shared from other apps. One tap and your accountant has them all.
Tired of losing receipts?
SinTrámite captures your invoices, reads the data automatically, and sends them to your accountant in one tap.
